Dina Manzo Tweets Her Return To Real Housewives of New Jersey

Thank goodness I wasn't one of the suckers who fell for this:

Fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey know that Dina Manzo, the sister of Caroline Manzo, left the show behind because there was too much drama with Teresa Giudice. She quit the show in the middle of the season and she expressed no interest in returning to filming, even though her family continued to film. However, on Sunday, Dina tweeted the following message to her large following. "Just signed my contract for season 5 of NJ Housewives, I'm Baaccccckkk."


While some of her fans got the message immediately, others were genuine excited about her return to the show. Only a fraction of her followers guessed that Dina was playing an April fool's joke on everybody, as she has expressed no interest in returning to The Real Housewives of New Jersey. "OMG now I feel bad," she wrote on her Twitter after getting lots of supportive message. "Awwww u guys were so excited. Wish I could have seen some of the HW's faces when they read this! Sorry : ("


There is no way that Dina is returning to the show, considering just how much damage the show did for her and her family. It is one thing that her fans would love to see her return to the show, but it is quite another that she would actually return to the show. What could be one good reason for this non-dramatic woman to even consider returning to fight with Teresa?


In other words, Dina's return isn't happening—not now, not ever.

Bethenny Ever After star Bethenny Frankel is shutting down reports that her marriage is in turmoil and that her husband Jason Hoppy might divorce her. The rumors were started after In Touch Weekly reported that Hoppy stormed out of the couple’s Tribeca apartment earlier this year after a fight, checking into a nearby hotel.


The reality star and business mogul put out a blog acknowledging that her marriage hasn’t been the smoothest, but maintaining her dedication to making it work.


I know you have all been worried about my relationship, and the show got off to an emotional rocky start, but isn’t life like that? Sometimes we cringe, sometimes we get anxiety, but ultimately, we buckle up, hold on, and get to the next place.


I love my husband and my family. Relationships may not have always been my strong point, but I am dedicated to my marriage, to being a better person every day, and to being open and honest in the hopes of helping myself — and hopefully many of you. This show is about being truthful and giving you a slice of my life during that time period.


This week I celebrate my second wedding anniversary which I am so proud of. I work on being a mother, I work on being a wife, I work on being a good friend and employer, and I work on being a success in business. If all of this comes easy to someone else than more power to them.


It appears the couple is trying to work out the kinks; good for them.

Melissa Gorga Says Her Relationship With Teresa Giudice Is A “Work In Progress”

You know, I’ll tell you that if I was on a hit reality show and my family members (including my sister-in-law) would try to cash in on my success by coming on the show and try to steal the spotlight away from me, I’d hate that. And them.


Melissa Gorga, who will always be famous for her association with sister-in-law Teresa Giudice, gave an interview with Housewives expert and bigger Lynn N Chicago. Reading the interview, I must say Lynn was being very nice. Mel talks about the upcoming season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey (set your DVRs now), her kids, he relationship with Teresa, and her sisters presumably creating fake Twitter accounts to mock Teresa and her fans.


It’s like these women are stuck in high school, right? Here are some highlights of the interview:


On how she is going to get her tush kicked in the upcoming season of the RHONJ: “Season 4 will continue to follow everyone as they pursue their passions and develop and launch new businesses, but the season is really about family dynamics and friendships.”


On shamelessly putting her kids in front of the cameras: “Of course everyone’s children make appearances and that’s always something fans love to see. We also head to the west coast on a trip, where A LOT happened and I think fans will be shocked when they see that trip. It’s going to be a season with a lot of surprises.”


On how she’s scared of Teresa: “My relationship with Teresa is and probably always will be a work in progress, but we put our differences aside when it comes to the kids.”


On her jealousy over Teresa’s Celebrity Apprentice gig: “Yes. We have been trying to watch each week. It’s been fun to watch and I can’t believe how intense the boardrooms and challenges are getting. I think Teresa being quiet is more of a strategy than anything else.”


Honestly, I’d expect more from Lynn here. The interview is a bit of a bore and the answers sound very pre-scripted. Yawn! Sorry, but Melissa just comes off as one of those girls you knew from high school who 15 years later still dresses the same way and, well, hasn’t progressed much but wants you to know that she has a successful career working as a teller at Bank of America. The same applies to Melissa and her singing career, if you know what I mean. Thoughts?
