Michaele and Tareq Salahi are finally ready to make the big move -- they're packing up their bags and making the long haul from Virginia ... to a giant mansion in Beverly Hills.
Sources tell TMZ the Salahis are in final negotiations to lease the house pictured above for a cool $20,000/month. We're told they've gone over all the particulars with the realtor and will be flying out west to seal the deal next week.
We're told the former "Real Housewives" couple wants to move closer to Hollywood because they feel it will be in the best interest of their budding entertainment careers.
According to our sources, with plans in the works to have a baby ... the Salahis liked this place because it's in a super-safe community and has plenty of space for their growing family.
Also, the Salahis really enjoy being in a white house.
