Peggy Tanous To Return To Reality Television; Lands New Show About Motherhood And Working!

RealityTea.com:
Single Season Housewife, Peggy Tanous, who may or may not have been fired, is returning to reality television! And this time she won’t be fighting with Alexis Bellino over potty training or hairy toad husbands – instead she’ll be helping people!

The former Real Housewife of Orange County will be starring in a show aptly (or ironically, depending on how you look at it) titled MILF. In this case MILF has nothing to do with sexing up your friend’s mother. It means, “Working Mothers In Lives With Families”.

Peggy has been spotted filming the new show all around Orange County, and it will focus on her experiences juggling motherhood with being a professional, all while living a natural, holistic lifestyle. I’m pretty sure there’s already a show out there about that called Bethenny Ever After!

“The show is about how Peggy works hard and is able to juggle being a celebrity mom of two daughters and still have a successful career,” a source tells RumorFix about Peggy’s new gig. I love how loosely the word “celebrity” is thrown about these days.

Peggy has been dropping hints about the show for a while, previously saying that she was working on a new project about motherhood. “I’ve been asked to host is an empowering new show about moms, with a twist!,” she revealed.

As part of the show, Peggy will show viewers how she incorporates a holistic approach into her everyday life. Peggy famously admitted her struggle with postpartum depression and believes that having a healthy lifestyle has helped with her recovery.

Peggy denies being fired from Housewives and maintains that she chose to leave RHOC because of the negative experiences she felt forced to participate in, instead seeking a more positive environment. “I just felt in my heart that being around the negative energy of certain cast members, being forced to have ‘dramatic’ confrontations and the time it would take me away from my family was just not a healthy path for me,” she explained as to why she left the show.

Peggy took to Twitter to confirm the new project, explaining: “M.I.L.P.H is for Mothers In Life, Passion and Health”

No word on which–if any–network has picked up the show or when it will be airing. Here’s hoping Peggy’s new show will be good and she will be able to find a positive space among the wilds of reality television!
